This allows to avoid any alteration due to the random size of the drops themselves, allowing maximum levels of precision, repeatability and speed of dosing.<\/p><p>Furthermore, the speed of execution of the recipes is increased by the fact that the system does not require a scale &#8211; present both in the gravimetric system and in the hybrid volumetric\/gravimetric system &#8211; with relative stabilization times before the display finally settles on the weighted value.<\/p><p>The particular reliability of the dosing system is demonstrated by the fact that there is no need to place protections under the pipette to collect any drops lost during the movement of the bridge that moves it, nor is an additional scale required to verify the correctness of the volumetrically dosed quantity.<\/p><p>The absence of a scale (an instrument that intrinsically requires periodic calibration) makes the SALCE 100% volumetric dosing system free of calibration and consequently even more reliable and repeatable over time.<\/p><p>The use of a single pipette, a philosophy to which SALCE has remained faithful to this day, allows the certainty that the measurement of a certain quantity of liquid is always and in any case carried out by a single measuring instrument (the pipette, in fact) extremely precise and always identical for each dosage.<\/p><p>The absolute absence of tubes and valves and the presence of a single pipette reduce maintenance to the bare minimum, avoid occlusions and incrustations due to the deposit of residues, and reduce the need for washing on the various
